Household Hazardous Waste
Propane tanks, fire extinguishers and other pressurized containers require safe disposal. Do not dispose of these with trash.
Approved items such as propane tanks, fire extinguishers, and other pressurized containers can be taken to the Callahan Convenience Recycling Center located at 46026 Landfill Rd Callahan FL 32011 during their business hours. Approved items are FREE of charge to Nassau County Residents. Proof of residency is required.
