Don’t be a wish-cycler. Items that are not approved for recycling should be placed in the garbage bin. Partially or full containers should be empty before placing in the garbage bin. Approved items can be disposed of at the Callahan Convenience Recycling Center located at 46026 Landfill Rd Callahan FL 32011. Approved items are FREE of charge to Nassau County Residents. No Rental Property or Foreclosure Clean-Outs.
Fernandina Beach City Residents: Any trash that is larger than 3 cubic yards (the equivalent of about three large boxes) call Advance Disposal for an extra pickup or clarification on what is permitted.
Town of Callahan Residents: Meridian Waste provides weekly Bulk trash pickup. Call to confirm services.
