Last Castle – Sand Sculpture

An event showcasing professional sand carvers and a sea turtle conservation themed sand sculpture to raise awareness of sea turtle nesting season and clean, flat, and dark on the beach.

Join artists Sue Beatrice from SandSculpt USA, Andy Gertler and Matt Long from the Travel Channel’s Sand Masters TV show, and Amelia Island’s Jennifer Cook as they create a life size sand sculpture May 13th and 14th. Photo ops on Friday May 15th and return on Saturday May 16th to help level the sculpture and return the beach to the best and safest nesting environment.
