Dairy, juice, milk, and soup cartons can be recycled at Nassau County recycling centers if they display the recycling symbol with a #1 or #2. Always rinse cartons before recycling. For curbside pickup, contact Meridian Waste or Waste Management directly to confirm which types of cartons are accepted in your area, as guidelines may vary by provider. If they are not recyclable, throw them in the garbage.
